This Privacy Policy explains how Craftology Apps collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the Number War mobile game ("App").

By downloading and using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Bu Gizlilik Politikasi, Craftology Apps tarafindan gelistirilen Number War ("Uygulama") mobil oyununu kullanirken kisisel verilerinizin nasil toplandigi, kullanildigi, saklandigi ve korundugunu aciklamaktadir.

Our App uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Session data (player name, guesses, messages) is deleted when the session ends and is not stored permanently. The device identifier (Client ID) is stored locally on your device until the app is uninstalled.

Data collected by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics is subject to Google's data retention policies. Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.

Moderation data retention:

• Anonymous device identifiers for active bans: retained for the duration of the ban plus 90 days after expiry, to deter immediate re-offense. Permanent bans are retained indefinitely.
• Player report records: retained for 12 months from the date of submission.
• Voice audio evidence (only created on a user report): retained for 180 days from upload, then automatically deleted.
• Profile data (nickname, avatar): retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, profile data is fully removed.

We apply industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect your data. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Oyun oturumuna ait veriler (oyuncu adi, tahminler, mesajlar) oturum sona erdiginde silinir ve kalici olarak saklanmaz. Cihaz tanimlayici (Client ID), uygulama kaldirilana kadar cihazinizda yerel olarak saklanir.

Firebase Analytics ve Crashlytics tarafindan toplanan veriler, Google'in veri saklama politikalarina tabidir. Analitik verileri varsayilan olarak 14 ay sureyle saklanir.

Moderasyon verisi saklama sureleri:

• Aktif yasaklara bagli anonim cihaz kimlikleri: Yasagin suresi boyunca ve sonrasinda 90 gun daha saklanir (tekrarlayan ihlalleri caydirmak amaciyla). Kalici yasaklar sinirsiz sure saklanir.
• Oyuncu sikayet kayitlari: Gonderildigi tarihten itibaren 12 ay saklanir.
• Sesli sohbet delili (yalnizca kullanici sikayeti ile olusur): Yuklendigi tarihten itibaren 180 gun saklanir, sonrasinda otomatik olarak silinir.
• Profil verileri (takma ad, avatar): Hesabiniz aktif oldugu surece saklanir. Hesap silme talebi uzerine profil verileri tamamen silinir.

Verilerinizin guvenligini saglamak icin endustri standartlarinda teknik ve idari tedbirler uygulanmaktadir. Ancak internet uzerinden hicbir veri iletim yonteminin %100 guvenli olmadigini hatirlatmak isteriz.

Number War does not require creating an account or signing in. Players play anonymously. No personal identity information such as email address, phone number, or social media account is collected.

Number War, kullanici hesabi olusturmayi veya oturum acmayi gerektirmez. Oyuncular anonim olarak oyun oynamaktadir. E-posta adresi, telefon numarasi veya sosyal medya hesabi gibi kisisel kimlik bilgileri toplanmaz.

Our App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If parents or guardians become aware that their child has provided personal information, please contact us. We will promptly delete such data upon becoming aware of it.

You may contact us to exercise the following rights:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of data collected about you.
• Right to Deletion: Request the deletion of your data.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Object: Object to certain ways your data is processed.
• Ad Personalization: You can disable personalized ads from your device settings.
• Notifications: You can turn off push notifications from your device settings.

When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data (including preferences and device identifier) is automatically deleted.

Limits on the Right to Deletion (Legitimate Interest Exception): When you submit a deletion request, we erase your personal data (such as game history, statistics, preferences, and FCM token). However, in accordance with Article 28/1-(c) of the Turkish KVKK and Article 17(3)(e) of the EU GDPR, the following categories may be retained under the legitimate interest of platform security and the protection of other users:

• Anonymous device identifiers associated with active bans
• Voice audio evidence linked to user reports
• Moderation records, with the reporter's identifiers anonymized

These records are retained only for the durations specified in Section 6 and are then automatically deleted.

Ancak KVKK Madde 28/1-(c) ve GDPR Madde 17/3-(e) uyarinca, platform guvenligi ve diger kullanicilarin korunmasi mesru menfaati kapsaminda asagidaki veri kategorileri saklanmaya devam edebilir:

Because players are matched with strangers, we operate a moderation system to keep the community safe. You play an active role in this system:

• Report a player: You can report players for harassment, hate speech, spam, inappropriate names, cheating, or other violations. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• Voice chat evidence: If you report during an active voice chat, you may choose to attach a recent audio segment as evidence. Without your consent, no voice audio leaves your device.
• Bans: Verified violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban. Bans are tied to an anonymous device identifier, so reinstalling the App does not bypass a ban.
• Appeals: If you believe a ban was applied in error, contact us at contact@numberwar.app with the approximate time and any context.

Age requirement: Voice chat and matchmaking with strangers are intended for users aged 13 and older. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a user below that age is using these features, please contact us.

Oyuncular tanimadiklari kisilerle eslestigi icin toplulugun guvenligini korumak amaciyla bir moderasyon sistemi isletmekteyiz. Bu sistemde aktif rolunuz bulunmaktadir:

• Itiraz: Bir yasagin hatali oldugunu dusunuyorsaniz, yaklasik zaman ve varsa ek aciklama ile contact@numberwar.app adresinden bize ulasin.

You can delete the data associated with your device at any time through two channels:

• In the App: through a dedicated control in the Settings screen. Your game statistics, preferences, session records, and push notification token are erased from our servers, and local data is cleared.
• Web form: Submit a request at our data deletion contact. Include the approximate date you last played so we can locate your records.

As described in Section 9, certain data may be retained under the legitimate interest exception (KVKK Art. 28/1-c and GDPR Art. 17(3)(e)): anonymous device identifiers on the ban list, voice audio evidence linked to reports, and anonymized moderation records. These are kept for the periods specified in Section 6 and then automatically deleted.

Cihazinizla iliskilendirilmis verileri dilediginiz zaman iki kanaldan silebilirsiniz:

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Users will be notified via in-app notification for significant changes.

Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
