These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Craftology Apps ("we", "us"), the operator of the Number War mobile game ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Number War mobil oyununun ("Uygulama") işletmecisi Craftology Apps ("biz") ile sizin aranızda bağlayıcı bir sözleşme oluşturur. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Şartları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz.

The App includes player-to-player messaging and live voice chat. For this reason you must be at least 13 years old to use it.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

We may suspend any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a user below the minimum age.

Uygulama, oyuncular arası mesajlaşma ve canlı sesli sohbet içerir. Bu nedenle Uygulamayı kullanabilmeniz için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir.

Number War does not require an email address or password. Your account is created automatically and is bound to an anonymous identifier stored on your device.

Because of this, please note:

• Anyone with access to your unlocked device can use your account.
• If you delete the App and reinstall it on the same device, your account is normally restored.
• If you switch to a new device, or reset your device, your account and progress cannot be transferred or recovered.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where this cannot lawfully be prohibited;
• rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the App;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices;
• use the App in any way that breaches applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with us and our licensors.

Uygulamayı, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda, kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanmanız için size kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.

Şunları yapamazsınız:

• Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, çevirmek veya türev çalışmalar oluşturmak;

• Uygulamayı kiralamak, satmak, alt lisanslamak veya başka şekilde dağıtmak;

• Uygulamayı yürürlükteki hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmak.

Açıkça size verilmeyen tüm haklar bize ve lisans verenlerimize aittir.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Number War is a shared space, and every player is entitled to use it without being harassed.

When using chat, voice chat, photos, your display name, or your profile picture, you must not send, publish, or transmit content that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies, stalks, or intimidates another person;
• contains hate speech or attacks or demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way;
• depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, suicide, or cruelty;
• promotes illegal activity, illegal drugs, weapons, or gambling;
• is defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent, or impersonates another person;
• discloses another person's private information without their consent;
• infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is unsolicited advertising, spam, or a scam;
• contains malware or attempts to compromise the App, our servers, or other players.

You must also not use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, or exploits, and you must not manipulate matchmaking, leagues, or rewards, including through multiple accounts.

Rahatsız edici içeriğe ve saldırgan davranışa sıfır tolerans gösteriyoruz. Number War ortak bir alandır ve her oyuncu bu alanı taciz edilmeden kullanma hakkına sahiptir.

Sohbet, sesli sohbet, fotoğraf, görüntülenen adınız veya profil resminizi kullanırken aşağıdaki nitelikte içerik gönderemez, yayınlayamaz veya iletemezsiniz:

• başka bir kişiyi taciz eden, tehdit eden, zorbalığa uğratan, takip eden veya sindiren;
• nefret söylemi içeren ya da bir kişiyi veya grubu irk, etnik köken, uyruk, din, engellilik, cinsiyet, yaş, cinsel yönelim veya cinsiyet kimliği temelinde hedef alan veya aşağılayan;
• cinsel içerikli veya pornografik olan ya da herhangi bir biçimde çocukları cinselleştiren;
• şiddet, kendine zarar verme, intihar veya eziyet içeren ya da bunları teşvik eden;
• yasa dışı faaliyeti, uyuşturucuyu, silahları veya kumarı teşvik eden;
• iftira niteliğinde, yanıltıcı veya hileli olan ya da başkasının kimliğine bürünen;
• başka bir kişinin özel bilgilerini rızası olmadan ifsa eden;
• başkalarının fikri mülkiyet veya mahremiyet haklarını ihlal eden;
• istenmeyen reklam, spam veya dolandırıcılık niteliğinde olan;
• zararlı yazılım içeren ya da Uygulamayı, sunucularımızı veya diğer oyuncuları tehlikeye atmaya çalışan.

Ayrıca hile, bot, otomasyon, değiştirilmiş istemci veya açık kullanamaz; birden fazla hesap dahil olmak üzere eşleşme, lig ve ödül sistemlerini manipüle edemezsiniz.

"Your Content" means anything you create or upload in the App: messages, photos, your display name, and your profile picture.

You keep ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and transmit it strictly for the purpose of operating the App, delivering your content to its intended recipients, and enforcing these Terms. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where we must retain it to comply with law or to investigate a report.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not breach Section 5.

We may review, refuse, hide, or remove any content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms. We are not obliged to monitor all content, but we act on reports as described in Section 7.

"İçeriğiniz", Uygulamada oluşturduğunuz veya yüklediğimiz her şey anlamına gelir: mesajlar, fotoğraflar, görüntülenen adınız ve profil resminiz.

İçeriğinizin mülkiyeti sizde kalır. Every player has tools to deal with objectionable content and abusive users:

• Report — you can report a player or a message from the in-match menu, from a player's profile, and from a conversation.
• Block — you can block a player at any time. A blocked player cannot message you, and you will not be matched with them where possible. Blocked players are listed under Settings › Blocked Users, and you can unblock them there.
• Contact us — if something cannot be handled in the App, write to contact@numberwar.app.

We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we remove the content and apply the measures in Section 8 to the account responsible.

Reports made in bad faith, and repeated false reports, may themselves lead to enforcement.

Her oyuncunun rahatsız edici içerikle ve saldırgan kullanıcılarla başa çıkmak için araçları vardır:

• Şikayet — bir oyuncuyu veya mesajı maç içi menüden, oyuncunun profilinden ve sohbet ekranından şikayet edebilirsiniz.

If you breach these Terms, we may take any of the following measures, in proportion to the severity and history of the breach:

• remove or hide the offending content;
• issue a warning;
• restrict chat, voice chat, or photo sharing;
• suspend the account temporarily;
• terminate the account permanently, without refund of any virtual items.

Serious breaches — in particular content that sexualises minors, credible threats of violence, or attacks on the service — result in immediate permanent termination and, where required by law, referral to the competent authorities.

If you believe a measure was applied to you in error, write to contact@numberwar.app and we will review it.

The App contains virtual currency (such as gems and coins) and virtual items (such as frames, pets, emoji packs, and themes). These are licensed to you for use inside the App only.

• They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the App.
• They cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another player or account.
• Balances and items do not survive account deletion, device change, or permanent account termination.
• We may change, rebalance, or discontinue any virtual item where necessary for the operation or balance of the game.

Where the App offers paid content, purchases are processed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under that store's own terms, and refunds are handled by that store according to its policies.

Uygulama, sanal para birimi (mücevher ve altın gibi) ve sanal öğeler (çerçeve, evcil hayvan, emoji paketi ve tema gibi) içerir. Bunlar size yalnızca Uygulama içinde kullanılmak üzere lisanslanır.

The App shows advertising, including optional rewarded video ads that grant an in-game benefit when watched. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice.

We do not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not use the advertising identifier for that purpose. Ads are therefore non-personalised. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for the goods and services they promote.

Uygulama reklam gösterir; bunlara, izlendiğinde oyun içi bir fayda sağlayan isteğe bağlı ödüllü video reklamlar da dahildir. Ödüllü reklam izlemek her zaman sizin tercihinizdir.

The App is an online service that depends on your internet connection and on our servers. We aim to keep it available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may require you to install updates in order to keep using the App. Where we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice in the App where practical.

You may stop using the App at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings › Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, statistics, and content as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access under Section 8, or if we are required to do so by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 13, 14, and 16 — continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or secure, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the conduct of other players.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Uygulama, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur; açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Buna ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme yönündeki zımni garantiler dahildir.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros (EUR 50).

These limitations do not apply to liability arising from our fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The following applies where you obtained the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
• The licence granted in Section 4 is limited to use of the App on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

• Uygulamanın veya Uygulamayı kullanmanızın üçüncü bir tarafın fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği yönündeki taleplerin soruşturulması, savunulması, sulh yoluyla çözülmesi ve karşılanmasından Apple değil, biz sorumluyuz.
• ABD Hükümeti tarafından ambargo uygulanan ya da "terörizmi destekleyen" olarak tanımlanan bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD Hükümetinin yasaklı veya kısıtlı taraflar listelerinden hiçbirinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.
• Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları bu Şartların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve Şartları kabul etmenizle birlikte, üçüncü taraf lehtarı sifatiyla bu Şartları size karşı ileri sürme hakkına sahip olur.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before your local courts where those laws so provide.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Şartlardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

Başka bir ülkede yerleşik tüketici iseniz bu hüküm, yerleşik olduğunuz ülkenin emredici tüketici mevzuatının sağladığı korumadan ve bu mevzuatın öngördüğü hallerde yerel mahkemelerinizde dava açma hakkından sizi yoksun bırakmaz.

Şartların herhangi bir hükmünün geçersiz veya uygulanamaz sayılması halinde, diğer hükümler tam olarak yürürlükte kalır.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date, and significant changes will be announced in the App.

Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the App and delete your account.

Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellenen sürüm, yeni bir "Son Güncelleme" tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır; önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinden duyurulur.
